Joining the Coconut Cult

Finally got my hands on a jar of coconut cult probiotic yogurt!

I purchased the Chocolate Mousse flavor!

After a tedious search at my local Whole Foods Market locations, I finally stumbled upon a restock of coconut cult. I purchased the Chocolate Mousse flavor and will be trying my first serving tomorrow morning and I am beyond excited!

PSA: For those who haven’t heard of coconut cult, it is a product line with a cult following, a coconut based probiotic yogurt with billions of live active cultures in each jar. People use this yogurt as a probiotic supplement first thing in the morning. This yogurt purports to having gut healing properties, help with digestive issues, regulate inflammation, and even help with skin health, all areas that are effected by the health of the gut microbiome.
